FlexiExport Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FlexiExport, a Wix app provided by FOP Zoriana Makieieva.

By installing, accessing, or using FlexiExport, you agree to these Terms. If you use FlexiExport on behalf of a business, organization, or Wix site owner, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Service Description

FlexiExport helps Wix site owners and authorized users configure export templates, generate export files, schedule exports, download generated files, and deliver files to supported destinations such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, FTP, and email notifications.

The service operates with the Wix platform, Wix APIs, user-configured settings, and supported third-party integrations. Feature availability may depend on your Wix account, FlexiExport plan, app permissions, connected services, and technical availability of third-party providers.

Wix Platform and Third-Party Services

FlexiExport is provided as a Wix app and may rely on Wix for app installation, authentication, app permissions, billing, subscription management, and platform functionality.

If you connect or use third-party services, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, FTP servers, or email delivery, you are responsible for maintaining the relevant accounts, permissions, credentials, and destination settings. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Accounts, Access, and Contributor Use

The Wix site owner controls installation and app-level configuration. Contributors or other authorized Wix users may access FlexiExport depending on Wix permissions and the contributor access settings configured inside the app.

You are responsible for keeping your Wix account and integration credentials secure, granting access only to authorized users, and promptly removing access when it is no longer needed.

Subscriptions, Plan Limits, and Billing

Some FlexiExport features are available only on specific plans or subject to usage limits. These limits may include export row limits, template limits, scheduler availability, storage limits, destination availability, and other product restrictions.

Billing, plan changes, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through Wix or the Wix App Market according to the applicable Wix billing flow and marketplace rules. We may enforce plan limits and update available features as the product changes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use FlexiExport only for lawful purposes and only with data that you are authorized to access, export, store, download, or send. You are responsible for the templates you configure, the fields you select, the files you generate, the recipients you configure, and the external destinations you connect.

You must not misuse FlexiExport, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls or plan limits, reverse engineer the service, use the service to violate laws or third-party rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, or integrations.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of FlexiExport, your exported data, and your delivery settings comply with laws, regulations, contracts, privacy notices, consent requirements, and internal policies that apply to you, your business, your Wix site, and your end users.

Exported Data and Generated Files

Generated export files may contain business data, personal data, sensitive data, or other information depending on your Wix store data and selected export fields. You are responsible for reviewing export templates, validating generated files, controlling access to downloaded files, and ensuring that exports and deliveries comply with applicable laws and your own privacy, security, and consent obligations.

Once a file is downloaded, emailed, or delivered to an external destination, you are responsible for how that file is stored, shared, retained, secured, or deleted outside FlexiExport.

Support

Support may be provided through the contact email, support forms, Wix-provided communication tools, or other support channels that we make available. To request support, contact us at [email protected].

We may ask for technical details, screenshots, request identifiers, app configuration details, or other information needed to investigate and resolve support requests.

Intellectual Property

FlexiExport, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and related materials, is owned by FOP Zoriana Makieieva or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use FlexiExport for its intended purpose.

You retain rights to your own data and content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your Wix site data, export files, or user-configured templates to us.

Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, we may use that feedback to improve FlexiExport without obligation to compensate you or treat the feedback as confidential.

Availability and Changes

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain FlexiExport's availability, security, and proper operation. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free, or permanently available service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, Wix platform behavior, third-party provider outages, network issues, security events, bugs, or events outside our control.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of FlexiExport when needed for product, operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to FlexiExport if we reasonably believe that there is misuse, unauthorized access, a security risk, violation of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful activity, or a requirement from Wix, a third-party provider, or applicable law.

You may stop using FlexiExport by uninstalling the app from your Wix site or cancelling the relevant subscription through the available Wix flow.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexiExport is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, compatibility, security, or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that FlexiExport will meet every requirement, that generated files will always be complete, accurate, or error-free, that the service will be free of bugs, service interruptions, or program limitations, or that FlexiExport will comply with laws that apply specifically to you, your business, your Wix site, your exported data, or your end users.

We do not control or endorse third-party services made available through or used with FlexiExport, including Wix platform services, Google services, FTP servers, email delivery providers, or other external destinations. You should verify each third-party service before connecting it or relying on it.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating export results before relying on them for reporting, accounting, compliance, operational, or business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOP Zoriana Makieieva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of FlexiExport.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to FlexiExport will be limited to the amount paid for FlexiExport during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if no amount was paid.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights, remedies, or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law, including applicable data protection laws.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FOP Zoriana Makieieva from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of FlexiExport, your exported data, your integrations or delivery destinations, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. You should review the Privacy Policy before using FlexiExport.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, the website, Wix platform mechanisms, support communications, or contact details made available by Wix or provided by the user. The updated Terms will show a new effective date.

Continued use of FlexiExport after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Any dispute should first be raised with us so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
