Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how FOP Zoriana Makieieva, doing business as Archi42, collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with FlexiExport and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:
- the FlexiExport app,
- support and contact communications, and
- any related product pages or service interactions.

By using FlexiExport, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect and store the following categories of data in connection with FlexiExport:

App and account information

Information related to the Wix app installation and account, such as app installation identifiers, plan and billing information, site URL, timezone, app version, catalog configuration, and authorization data needed to operate the app. We do not store Wix account email addresses, Wix user email addresses, site name, or locale in the FlexiExport app database. We may access contact or account email information through Wix-provided admin or partner tools when such information is made available by Wix or provided by the user, mainly for support and administrative purposes.

Export template and configuration data

Data that users create and configure inside FlexiExport, including template names, descriptions, sheet configuration, file settings, scheduler settings, selected delivery methods, and other export-related preferences.

Storage and integration settings

Configuration data required to connect and use supported delivery destinations, such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, FTP, and email delivery. This may include destination paths, connection settings, and integration account identifiers. Authentication credentials and tokens used for supported integrations may also be stored.

Email notification settings

Email notification preferences, including notification recipient email addresses configured by the user and selected notification options.

Generated export file information

Information about files created through FlexiExport, such as file names, file types, file sizes, creation and delivery timestamps, file delivery status, and related technical metadata.

App activity and history records

Records related to app lifecycle and product activity, such as installation status, plan changes, template changes, export activity, and related operational metadata.

Authorization and session data

Temporary session and authorization data used to connect supported third-party services, including Google authorization session records and related security state values.

Operational and security logs

Technical records related to file access, delivery attempts, system operations, and security monitoring. These records may include timestamps, internal identifiers, request or delivery status information, token hashes, Wix user identifiers when available, and IP addresses associated with certain file access or operational events.

Some sensitive values, such as certain credentials, tokens, and configured notification recipient email addresses, are stored using encryption or other protective measures where applicable.

How We Collect Information

We collect information when FlexiExport is installed or used through the Wix platform, when users create or update export templates, configure schedulers or delivery destinations, connect integrations, generate or download files, manage contributor access settings, or contact us for support.

Some information is provided directly by users through FlexiExport. Some information is received from Wix APIs or Wix-provided tools as needed to operate the app. Some technical and operational information is collected automatically when the app processes requests, generates files, delivers exports, or records security and diagnostic events.

How We Use Information

We use the data we collect to provide, operate, maintain, and improve FlexiExport. In particular, we may use the data to:
- provide the app’s core functionality, including creating, generating, storing, and delivering export files;
- save and apply user-defined template, scheduler, delivery, and notification settings;
- connect and maintain supported third-party integrations, such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, FTP, and email delivery;
- process and store generated export files in FlexiExport app storage and related cloud infrastructure;
- send export-related notifications and file links to configured recipients;
- monitor usage, diagnose errors, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the service;
- maintain app lifecycle and product activity history;
- enforce plan limits, access permissions, and product configuration rules;
- respond to support requests, resolve technical problems, and communicate about service-related issues when needed;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and services against misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.

How We Communicate With Users

We may communicate with users to provide support, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, send service-related notices, notify users about material changes to this Privacy Policy, or handle administrative matters related to FlexiExport. These communications may be sent through Wix platform mechanisms, through notices in or through FlexiExport, by using contact details made available to us by Wix or provided by the user, or by replying to support communications initiated by the user.

FlexiExport may also send export-related email notifications to recipients configured by the user inside export template settings. We do not use these notification recipient addresses for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and Tracking

FlexiExport does not use advertising cookies or similar technologies for cross-site behavioral tracking. We may use limited technical session mechanisms or similar technologies where necessary to support authentication, security, integrations, or core app functionality. These technologies are used to operate the service, not to track users for advertising purposes. Where FlexiExport uses cookies or similar technologies, we use them only as necessary for app functionality, security, authentication, integrations, or service operation, and we aim to respect applicable Wix site visitor consent policies where those policies apply to FlexiExport. If we introduce non-essential analytics, tracking, or similar technologies in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only as necessary to operate, provide, and improve FlexiExport, including with the following categories of third parties:

Infrastructure and hosting providers

We may use third-party cloud and hosting providers, such as Amazon Web Services, to host application data, generated files, and related service infrastructure.

Integrated delivery and storage providers

Where configured by the user, FlexiExport may transmit files or related data to third-party services such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, FTP servers, and email delivery providers.

Wix

Because FlexiExport operates as a Wix app, certain information may be exchanged with Wix as necessary to install, authenticate, operate, bill, support, and manage the app within the Wix platform.

We do not intentionally share app data with other Wix apps or third-party partners serving the same Wix website, except where the user configures an integration or where sharing is required to operate through the Wix platform.

Service providers and subprocessors

We may use third-party service providers and subprocessors to operate FlexiExport, including infrastructure, hosting, file storage, email delivery, error monitoring, security, and technical operations providers. These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to us and are not permitted to use the data for their own advertising purposes.

These providers may include:
- Amazon Web Services, used for generated export file storage and related infrastructure;
- Hetzner, used for application server hosting;
- Cloudflare, used for DNS, traffic routing, security, and related network services;
- Sentry, used for error monitoring and diagnostics;
- Jira Service Management, used for receiving, tracking, and responding to support requests;
- email delivery providers, used for configured export notifications.

Legal and security-related disclosures

We may disclose data if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, enforce our terms, investigate misuse, or protect users and the service. We do not share data with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Storage and Retention

We store information using application databases, cloud infrastructure, generated file storage, and other systems needed to operate FlexiExport. Where a user configures an external integration, information may also be transmitted to or stored by the selected destination provider, such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, FTP, or email delivery providers.

We retain data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide FlexiExport, operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In general:
- account, app installation, and configuration data may be retained for as long as the app is active and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for operational, legal, or support purposes;
- generated export file information and related records may be retained according to product settings, plan limits, operational requirements, or user actions;
- app lifecycle and product activity records may be retained for operational, legal, support, analytics, and service improvement purposes;
- temporary authorization and session data are retained only for as long as needed to complete the relevant authentication or integration flow;
- operational and security logs may be retained for a limited period as reasonably necessary for monitoring, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and service security.
We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

User Controls and Access

Users can access and manage much of their information directly in FlexiExport. For example, users can create, edit, duplicate, delete, or disable export templates; update scheduler, storage, and email notification settings; disconnect supported integrations such as Google Drive or FTP; manage contributor access settings; generate, download, or delete generated export files where available; and uninstall FlexiExport from their Wix site.

Users can control sharing of their information by choosing which integrations and delivery destinations to enable, which recipients receive email notifications, which export fields are included in their templates, and which app features are available to contributors through contributor access settings.

Users can withdraw optional configuration choices by disabling integrations, removing delivery destinations, removing notification recipients, changing selected export fields, deleting templates or generated files where available, or uninstalling FlexiExport from their Wix site.

Users may also contact us at [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with their use of FlexiExport, subject to legal, security, operational, and technical limitations.

Your rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal data that relates to you.
